2. Intellectual Property
The source code, graphic design, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, as well as the information and the contents included in Comercial Lizalde S.A. are protected by the Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights in favour of the company's corporate status and that doesn't allow the reproduction and/or publication, total or in part, of the web site, or its computer treatment, distribution, spreading, reproduction , nor their modification, transformation or decompilation, nor the rest of the rights legally established to their holder, without their written authorisation, name of the company.

The user can only and exclusively use the material that appears on this web site for his/her personal and private use, being forbidden to use it for commercial purposes or to incur in illegal activities. All the rights derived from the intellectual property are expressly reserved by Comercial Lizalde S.A..

Comercial Lizalde S.A. will ensure the compliance of the abovementioned conditions and the proper use of the contents included in its web site, exercising all the civil and criminal procedures it will be entitled to in the event of infraction or non-compliance of these rights on behalf of the user.

3. Personal Data Protection
Within the Framework of the compliance with the legislation currently in force, collected in Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), which objective is to guarantee and protect, concerning the treatment of personal data, the fundamental freedoms and rights of individuals and specially of their personal honour and privacy, Comercial Lizalde S.A. informs users that: Comercial Lizalde S.A. has adopted the technical and organisational measures in accordance to that provisioned in the regulations currently in force.

The Personal Data collected by Comercial Lizalde S.A. is subject to automated treatment and is incorporated duly registered to the Data Protection Agency, the ownership of which corresponds to Comercial Lizalde S.A.. The personal data obtained from the form for the registration of dominium names are transferred to the competent registering National or International Body or Authority. This transfer has the single and exclusive aim of complying with purposes directly related with the legal functions of the assignor (the company) through the contract, that is, the registration of the dominium name. The automated collection and treatment of the Personal Data has the aim of maintaining the contractual relationship that if applicable are established with Comercial Lizalde S.A., as well as the performance of the tasks of information, training, commercialisation (this last task always identified as such) and other activities specific to the company.

Comercial Lizalde S.A. has adopted the suitable security levels for the data provided and has also installed all the technical measures and means within its reach to avoid the loss, improper use, alteration non-authorised access and theft of the data provided. The user may at any time exercise the rights recognised in the LOPD of access, correction, cancellation and opposition.

4. Miscellaneous
A.-Comercial Lizalde S.A. uses cookies that will remain stored in the computer. Cookies are small files that our computer sends to your computer although do not provide information regarding neither your name nor any of your personal data. The cookies we use can not read data from your computer or read the cookies existing therein.

When the user is browsing through the Comercial Lizalde S.A.'s web site the server where it is hosted will automatically recognise the IP address of his/her computer, the day and the time of the visit, when he/she finishes the visit as well as information regarding the different sections visited. As a consequence of that provisioned in this section, Comercial Lizalde S.A. commits to amend these errors as soon as it acknowledges them.

To these effects, all the information sent to Comercial Lizalde S.A.'s CLIENTS will not be considered as commercial communication whenever it has the purpose of maintaining the existing contractual relationship between the client and Comercial Lizalde S.A., as well as the performance of the tasks of informing, training and other activities related to the service that the client has contracted with the company.

E.- Comercial Lizalde S.A. will not be held responsible for the non-compliance of any regulation applicable in which the user could incur when accessing the company's web site and/or in the use of the information contained therein.

F.- Comercial Lizalde S.A. will not be held responsible for the damages and losses caused or that could possibly be caused, whatever their nature, derived from the use of the information, of the subjects contained in the web site and of the programmes it incorporates. The links and hypertext that, throughout the company's web site, enable the user to access provisions and services offered by third parties, do not belong and are not under the control of Comercial Lizalde S.A.; who will not be held responsible for the information contained therein or any of the effects that could derive from this information.

G.- Comercial Lizalde S.A. will not be held responsible for the non legitimate use by third parties that could make the names of brands, names of products, and the names of commercial brands that are not property of the company, appear on the company's web site. It will also not be held responsible for the integrity, veracity and legality of the contents of the links to the web sites to which it is possible to access from the company's web site.

H.- Comercial Lizalde S.A. will not be held responsible for the viruses that have their origin in a telematics transmission infiltrated by third parties (for example, the macros from word processors the Java applets and the Active X programmes), generated with the aim of obtaining negative results for a computer system.
