QUALITY


Given the inevitable need to be competitive in an increasingly demanding market, Grupo Lizalde, within its objectives to constantly improvement of the quality of its products and services and conscious of its commitment to its customers, has established and maintains a daily Quality Assurance System based on the UNE EN ISO 9002.94, documented here and that is the first draft of reference and the rest of the documentation of quality.

The Direction of Lizalde Group, assumes the commitment to spread this policy of Quality to all their personnel, in order that it is understood by the organization, and is fulfilled to reach the following objectives:

  • 1. Ensure the confidence of its customers, supplied products, fulfilling the requirements specified in the standards and/or specifications in terms of security, reliability and quality desired by the client.
  • 2. Ensure and maintain the required quality at an optimal cost, through continuous improvement, which is supported by permanent innovation of human, technological and material resources.
  • 3. Develop and maintain a group effort to increase its competitiveness in the market, by improving quality and productivity, according to the requirements, expectations and needs of the clients.
  • 4. Establish programs of formation to provide staff with high level of qualification for the performance of the activities covered by the Quality System.
  • 5. Within each Department, staff that is working under the philosophy or culture of zero defects, and the heads of these Departments are responsible for ensuring that the provisions of this quality assurance system, met strictly which allows to control and reduce the cost of non quality.
  • 6. Before the occurrence of any problems take corrective and preventive actions appropriate, investigating potential causes of failures and eliminating.
  • 7. Work in advanced Quality planning, which consists of planning the activities, execute them according to plan and evaluate the results to work this way in the continuous improvement. In other words, work on prevention.
  • 8. Maintain open communication with its customers and suppliers, to collaborate in the improvement of quality in products and services.
  • 9. Involve and motivate staff throughout the Organization, to participate in the development and implementation of the Quality System implanted with the levels of Quality required by the client.
  • 10. Work across the organization with the concept of satisfaction to the customer.
The Direction of Grupo Lizalde plans and allocates the necessaty resources to reach the objectives established in this Policy of Quality, with the last aim to permanently satisfy the needs with its clients.

As a result, according to the objectives marked this direction undertakes to provide all the means within its reach to comply with this Policy of Quality, as well as to adapt it to the evolution that is taking the market and technologies.

Lizalde is committed with the environment and sustainable development; we make compatible economic development with sustainability.


We consider that our products and services must contribute to sustainable development; they must be compatible with the respect for the environment.


We defend and promote the integration of sustainability in our development and uses of Iron.


We are currently fomenting the use of sustainable urban furniture and the reuse of materials and useful life of farm trailers.
